As required by law, the customer has 14 days to return a product: the item must be new as shipped, in the original unopened packaging, never used (due to change of mind).
To make a return, send us a communication through the channels made available: we will offer you a return through one of our couriers with competitive prices, or you can do it yourself.

In the event of a return, the costs incurred, such as delivery or packaging costs, will not be reimbursed;
in the event of our mistake, by sending the wrong product, it will be the responsibility of Eden Free Store to replace it at no cost to the customer.

We refund the amounts less the fees incurred by Stripe, our credit card service provider. Stripe does not refund holdbacks on its transactions.
